Over the past few years, we’ve achieved an incredible amount together. What’s made the difference is simple but powerful – working together as one team. One of our proudest moments has been being rated a C1 organisation by the Regulator of Social Housing – the highest rating possible for how we deliver for our customers. That recognition belongs to our colleagues. It reflects the care, professionalism and teamwork our colleagues bring to their roles every single day. Because of that, we’re going into this new strategy on an exceptionally strong foundation.

Our history
